The house was clean and comfortable.

The main reason I booked the property was because it supposedly had a hot tub and was advertised as "Sedona Vista to Red Rock Pets Friendly and Hot Tub", but there was no hot tub at all. You should NOT be advertising the property as having a hot tub when there is no hot tub available. We were 4 golfers in our 60's and 70's and a hot tub after golf is always very welcome to sooth out aching backs, etc. I felt cheated.

It was clean, conveniently located, except for the temperature it was very comfortable

The heating system was very troubling. When we got there the house was about 63 degrees. We had trouble getting it up to a comfortable temperature. It felt like we were fighting something that kept suppressing our trying to get the house warm. The thermostat was merely a couple of feet from the heater, so what the thermostat was reading was not accurate and the whole house did not heat evenly. The master bedroom felt incredibly cold compared to the rest of the house. The first night we woke up to 62 degrees in the morning, and the next two mornings were in the low to mid 60s as well. When I turned on the heater, it would stay on for only 15 to 20 minutes. It seemed to not come on automatically after that. I had to keep manipulating it to come back on again. The nighttime temperature on 2 of the 3 nights was low 30's outside and the house was always very cold. I had to get up every couple of hours to coax the heater back on, and even then we woke up to a very cold house. I messaged the owner, and when he eventually responded he did not address my concern.
