The biggest positives of this property are the location and the size. The house is large, and the layout works very well for a big family or group. There was plenty of space, and the location was convenient for getting around.

However, the overall condition of the home was disappointing. The property appears to need renovation and significantly better upkeep. We noticed dust, stains, broken utilities/features, and maintenance issues throughout the house. More concerning, there were cockroaches, which affected the comfort of the stay and suggest pest control needs immediate attention. The listing photos were mostly accurate, but they did not fully reflect some of the areas of the home that appeared worn, poorly maintained, or in need of repair. To be fair, this property was considerably less expensive than comparable listings in the area, which may explain part of the tradeoff. If your top priorities are space and location at a lower price point, this may still work for you. However, travelers expecting a clean, updated, and well-maintained home may be disappointed. Overall, the property has a lot of potential because of the location and layout, but it would benefit greatly from renovation, deep cleaning, and professional pest control.

Absolutely not renovated, cockroaches in the property, and the cleaning was horrendous. overall not a well kept property

The proximity to the Ocean and Hard Rock hotels was great. We also had a large party of 14 so the house was perfect for all of us to stay together, which we couldn't do at the hotel. Working with the host was also really easy and they were very responsive.

Location: The location was close to the Ocean and Hard Rock, but was in a very sketchy area that did not seem safe at times. My car was broken into when we were there. Amenities: The house had extremely limited kitchen supplies. The bare, bare minimum as far as utensils and cooking supplies. For a house that can sleep 17, the house should have supplies for parties that size. Recommend adding a griddle for breakfast or at least larger skillets, spatulas, more than 2 coffee cups for a party of 17, The pillows are also pretty sad. Recommend adding pillows to the beds. The light coming into the windows, especially on the front side of the house from the apartment building is intense. Recommend adding curtains to block out the light. A simple way to add value and comfort for your guests. Master bath: The layout and mirror placement in the master bath is very awkward and hard to use. Since the mirror is in a horrible location (on the side), recommend adding a mirror in the master bedroom to use or adding another mirror so women can do their makeup and hair.

I and my family loved the location and the property Right on the beach!!! The host are so nice and very helpful. Don't hesitate go ahead and book your stay, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely come back and tell others!!!!
