I didn’t like the property because we had so many issues on the day of check in and we checked out of property July 12th we need a refund

The sheets and blankets were dirty and towels had roaches on the floor that were dead the refrigerator didn’t get cold the sockets didn’t work the tvs didn’t work the ceiling had leaks the furniture was dirty the light switches and lamps didn’t have bulbs and it was towels from last tenants in the bathrooms that were dirty and they had pictures in the closets that were in the way of space for luggage it was a total disaster for the price that was paid for the place if you knew that you were doing construction on the property why would you rent this vacation rental that doesn’t make since I think we should be compensated

"Kingston was great place to stay overall!"

It was nice and spacious, clean, and convenient. Access to the inside pool would have been nice for the little kids but the outdoor pool and water park were amazing. I would definitely stay here again with friends and family. It was an easy check in and check out process which made it nice. I will be back!!!

I tired to use the indoor pool and hot tib but they said my particular unit didn't have access to that, it didn't make sense because I was staying directly behind the outdoor pool building.
