Great location, great communication and very friendly

Most of the stores we needed were just a few minutes away from the location.

The shower was small

The space was very well put together and smelled clean when we walked in. 10 min from the beach and 9 min to Downtown. The host communicated throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were perfect. Even in the rain we were able to use the outside deck to relax and watch TV. It felt safe and secure with large wooden electronic gate.

The was absolutely nothing we didn't like. Everything was awesome.

convenient location quick beach ride and beautiful backyard, lots of community beach gear are available if you get to them before anyone else.

I was a bit mislead by the "kitchen statement" the unit has a Fridge and toaster inside the unit. There are BBq pits outside which leaves you a bit limmited. For the price i was expecting better cooking accommodations and prep area and counter space .

This place is somewhat like being in a tree house. It is high up above the back half of the house and has a fantastic view of tranquility and calm. Here you can shut off the stress and enjoy the quiet. The apartment itself is cozy with a large bed facing the windows with a view over the back half of the yard. The TV is mounted above the fireplace. The kitchen is really no nonsense. There is no running water in the indoor dining area but there is a refrigerator, a table for 2, a coffee machine, and a microwave. A real plus for this place is the outdoor kitchen for your pivate use including a large propane grill and running water with sink, refrigerator, and flat screen TV. There is enough furniture to easily sit 6 people for a nice grill evening. There are two very comfortable chairs on the other side of the main entrance that are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or reading a book. All in all, a very nice place for a romantic getaway.

The lack of an indoor kitchen makes things a bit awkward. Dirty dishes (breakfast dishes) have to be washed outside in the outdoor sink, cooking coffee means empting the filter in the apartment but taking everything outside to the outdoor kitchen to be washed (you can get water from the bathroom sink) You have to know how to use a propane grill to cook anything warm (we didn’t know how to turn it on) The bathroom was an open concept meaning that the shower, sinks and bathtub were just few feet from the refrigerator and eating area. No matter where you stand/sit/lie down, every corner of the bathroom area is visible. The toilet was a small area but did have a door. The beach equipment is free for the guests to use but the chairs could have used a clean-up. Not very inviting! This is a place for couples only as you will have no privacy but you can make it a romantic getaway.

So many included amenities and host was so attentive and kind! Cozy bed and incredible location. Would 100% stay again!

Jacuzzi Tub could use a deep clean but no biggie.
