Very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated house in a quiet village near Ponta Delgada. Easy to visit all the island.

The smell of humidity ....but we are near the ocean....it is usual and we forget it quickly.

Great location, great staff, very spacious, has all the appliances you need

Sometimes we couldn’t get parking at night, so had to park on a nearby street. Just a suggestion, would have been good to have spare bath towels and some essential household items available such as dish cloths, cleaning cloths, cleaning itens, washing tables, bin bags etc, as we had to buy those but for a short stay we didn’t use it all so becomes a bit of a waste. We left it there for the next guests

The house was in a quiet location near the airport. It’s just a short drive to Ponta Delgada center and a walking trail. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The AC works great downstairs. The kitchen is very nice area to cook and congregate in. The manager was accommodating.

The downsides- 1. There were no top sheets in any of the beds, just a heavy comforter. 2. There is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and on the shower tile grout; also mold by the fridge/freezer in the kitchen. 3. There is only 1 bathroom and it is downstairs. (The stairs are pretty steep and can be slippery. Not ideal for children, older folks to have to navigate especially at night). 4. The washer and dryer facilities were broken and unable to use. 5. Only 1 towel per person unless staying more than five nights. * The manager did make an exception since the washer was broken and brought more towels, and had our laundry done for us.
