Cozy Pigeon Forge home w hot tub near river

I liked the location of the property and how it’s close to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We were sent a email to request an early check in time if we’d like and we selected 11:00 am. The code that we were given didn’t work and we had to call the hosts and were on the phone with them for a little over an hour for them to manually unlock the house for us. The hosts said this was because our check in time was for 3:00 pm, but it didn’t make any sense because they approved us to come at 11:00 am so it isn’t like we arrived unexpectedly early. Then we had reservations somewhere and ended up being late to that because we tested the code again before we left, and it didn’t work. So again, we had to call them and that phone call lasted another hour… There was also white dog hair on the furniture and the floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. The carpet on the stairs was extremely dirty. What’s the point of a cleaning fee if it wasn’t clean when we arrived? Also, some of the remotes to the TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work so if we wanted to watch TV it had to be in the living room. To top of off, it took 10 days to receive the $250 for pre authorization back to my card… Me and my family won’t be staying again because it was too much of a hassle. I asked if we could receive some type of compensation or discount for our troubles and they said no.

The house was clean, They left plenty of towels and everything you needed for the home use that a lot of rentals don't think of. Dish detergent, wash pods, dryer sheets,hand soap, bottles of water, packs of crackers . Those little things really help. Thanks will definitely stay again.

Location, space, amenities, and views.

Floor was a bit dirty. The downstairs needed heating.

Location to attractions was nice. There was plenty of sleeping space.

Inadequate blankets, towels, kitchen ware. I should not to do Landry after one night stay, so that all could bath. We booked for 8 people, however one or more had to wait for plates, coffee cups, etc to finish with before rest could eat. A lot of money for inadequately stocked rental vacation home.

Close to pigeon forge

They put a $200 hold on my bank account AFTER WE RENTED. Wasn't stated about that until after we rented. Had I chose to cancel they would change me for a nights rental. Never rent this house unless your ok with a $200 hold on your bank account.

The location was perfect! Close to everything but far enough out of the way to where it was a quiet stay.

The house was just a little outdated. The bathroom linens could use an upgrade. The towels were very thin, but got the job done. There also wasn’t any lamps in the house, so the room lights had to stay on if we weren’t going to bed.

The house is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Very closes to everything..

Convenient location, en suite bathrooms, large house, quiet neighborhood.

Clarify listing in regards to pet cleaning fee prior to booking. Upstairs bedroom could use a couple night stands. Just a heads up……the upstairs bathroom toilet could use some maintenance. The tank leaks off and runs water to refill itself about every 30 minutes. Not an issue just thought you might want to know.

It was great to have a home. Beautiful place. It was nice to have room and a kitchen. We are only there to sleep just because we are gone to the conference all day.

Didn't realize all the steps. I go with a group of older women. It was hard on them with all the steps. Also you have no downstairs bathroom.
