Bruno, the King's House host is such a nice guy! We got a very warm welcome with lovely attentions. The house has a quiet location and the host offers more than what I usually get in B&B (salt & pepper, herbs, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee & tea, dish soap and other soap), which is very comfortable since I presume most visitors come by airplane and don't bring such stuff with them.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We were warmly welcomed with some lovely local goodies waiting for us upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch! The location is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and exploring the west coast of the island. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish – he truly made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended – and we’d love to come back one day!

Bruno is a fantastic host. His communication is fast and kind. We got many recommendations, informations and details about the flat and surrounding. As well, we got some fresh vegetables and fruits as welcoming surprise.

Outstanding little stone house, very cozy and comfortable for a family. Very well equipped. The host is very friendly, got a nice welcome pack with cookies, vegetables and bananas picked from their farm. Even got our stock resupplied in a couple of days. The area is beautiful and very accesible. Although we did not use it, there is a bus stop just in front of the house. Will definitely book again. Muito obrigado, Bruno!

A bit noisy early in the morning from traffic. A washing machine would be nice. Toilet would need a different door (full door).

The breakfast was very nice Bruno is very sweet. it is really nice location,the kings house is near very beautyfull locations.Rabacal,Fanal,Calheta.... In front door flow every day Levada. We recommend this accommodation to everyone and we liked it very much.
