Very friendly communication. Everything was well prepared. We felt welcome, even without the in person contact.

The bathrooms without window or automatic ventilation is are not ideal. Germans miss the tilt functions of the windows :-)

This property on the ground floor was advertised as a one bedroom flat but in fact is a studio with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Booked for myself and my dad and only found out it was a studio the day before checking in. I have expressed my concerns with landlord but kept insisting over the phone that it has a separate bedroom. I had already paid for the property to Booking.com and had no where else to go. Asked for compensation but was maliciously refused by the owner. On the day of checking out, kept putting pressure on us to go asap knowing that we had the right to stay until 12.00. The cleaning house state was quite filthy, the kitchen cupboards smelling of damp, the kitchen equipment quite restrictive with no microwave, the decoration is horrible with furniture that should not been there, the plastic chairs on the terrace are quite dangerous, sat in one and the legs gave in and ended up on the floor. When asked for extra necessary things, the owner was quite reluctant to listen and accept, very unprofessional! He did not take liability for the description of the house and blamed Booking.com! That was the hell of a holiday for me and my dad and I do not recommend this property to anyone! I have commented about other aspects in a different review! Please be aware as I do not want others to experience the same as me!!!!!

Very clean and beautiful house. It was very useful for us a family of four. Located very conveniently. Host was very flexible. Despite we were late on arrival because our flight was delayed, he was always available for help.
