Quinta das Candeias

Todo! La privacidad de la casa a pesar de haber otras casitas con jardín compartido , guardaba su privacidad cada una de ellas. Espacio, silencio, limpieza, comodidad y con todo lo necesario. Bonita decoración y cuidado de los detalles.

No sabría decir… lo único que por las noches acostumbro a levantarme al baño y debía bajar escaleras puesto que estaba en la planta de abajo. Pero sin problemas.

Todo. Era precioso, la casa con bastante espacio y un jardín super bonito con vistas al mar. Además tenía opción para aparcar el coche ahí mismo, y la casa estaba muy bien equipada y nos ha venido muy bien.

The ground floor with bathroom and kitchen is humid and moldy, after two days all our towels and clothes were smelly. An AirCon would really help… Kitchen is OK equipped. I know it‘s not the apartments‘ fault, but people with light sleep won‘t be happy here. Echo from the main street is loud, neighboorhood has many dogs which bark all day and all night. For some reason (maybe because of birds) you hear several really loud shoots of signal guns or firework many times per day, starts at 6 in the morning and ends at midnight. Unfortunately, our stay wasn‘t very peaceful.

The facilities didn’t include certain necessities like missing sponges, kitchen towels, broken appliances (the oven, toilet didn’t flush, no water running in the bathroom tap, very dusty rooms, uncomfortable bedding

The Quinta was spacious, beautifully furnished, lovely garden and view. We also enjoyed the quietness and having bed linen and towels changed half way through our stay.

Huge accommodation with beautiful garden, antique furniture, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great air-conditioning and very good instructions from the owner how to reach the house on our late arrival.

Very nice garden and outdoor seating. Self-check in option. Private parking.

The property is by the main road so it could be a bit noisy + some dogs around are barking at night (with earplugs it was manageable). However, what was bad was a bathroom and its level of cleanliness - there were hair at many places, the wash basin was not clean, shelves were dirty and sticky :( it made us question the cleanliness of the whole place. Humidity was high in the lower floor (in July) and there was mold in some places like curtains or shower curtains. Towels were not feeling fresh because of humidity. Top floor with bedroom was better though with cleanliness and humidity.

The location and that the house had everything we needed.

The water pressure was a little low.
