The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and it was surprisingly comfortable (not the usual rock hard mattress you normally find in Thailand). It's located very close to Yanui beach which is clean and great for snorkeling. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but the main busier area of Nai Harn is quite far away. The member of staff on reception was pleasant and helpful.

The whole place looks a little run down. The reception area is dirty which doesn't give a good first impression, a deep clean and a fresh lick of paint would do it wonders. The same goes for the room, for me the cleanliness really let it down. Give the place some TLC and it will be a gem.

A very calm and quiet place near Promthep Cape, Windmill viewpoint and Yanui Beach. We walked everywhere all within 15 minutes walk. The staff was helpful. AC worked perfect.

It has AC because because it was very humid in the nights and mornings . Also, water bottles provided and new towels. It was very quiet in the nights if you are lucky to have quite neighbours.

A little far from food places and very very thin walls between each room where you can hear every conversation if you have a loud neighbor. Also, some stray dogs were aggressive on the way back to the hotel.
