The location is great . Walking through the beach.very quiet and clean beach front. We love sat at porch watching sunrise and sunset.it’s beautiful.

Location provides easy access to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and beach. The condo was clean with nice furniture and kitchen appliances. Plenty of cookware, plates, cutlery, etc. Heating/cooling is easy to operate. Washing machine and dryer are handy. Three bathrooms. Beach amenities in storage room. Covered parking spot.

Street noise despite decks facing the beach. Wifi instructions on fridge are incorrect (see informative binder for info and other useful tips). Parking space very tight even for Camry-size sedan. Long stairs up to condo and from foyer to bedrooms. For ten-day stay, not enough dishwashing product or toilet paper. Roku TV/Spectrum system needed to be unplugged and recycled before working properly. Table for six has four chairs.

Nice balconys to sit on. A view of the beach. Easy beach access. Big rooms and beds.

great location. Only steps from the beach. Unit was clean and functional. Property management responded quickly.

The cleanliness, the amenities such as W/D and cable, a fully furnished kitchen and the fact that people would leave their beach items behind for the next family to use. We also bought new beach chairs and also donated them to the property. Also, the hose and shower in the parking area was ideal for me for when I came back from the beach to fully rinse off before entering the house

The steps going to the front door along with how narrow the steps were. Did not like that we couldn’t put the ceiling fan in the living room in summer mode. I’m sure a remote came with it but it could not be located. Even the staff from Resort Rentals came and tried to help. The size of the fan in the living is too small. The cable remote controlling the downstairs TV was very frustrating to use. Could not page up/down when using the guide. Could not locate a vacuum cleaner to maintain to floors. The couch/chairs/cushions need to be replaced/cleaned/refreshed due to the amount of people who have stayed here.
