Family home located in a luxurious resort

The house was great, just as nice as the pictures, very clean and spacious. We loved the private pool and the resort amenities. It's a short distances to all the major attractions. Our host was great with communication and answered any questions or concerns, and checked in to make sure our stay was great. We will definitely look at booking again on our next trip back to Florida

Each room having its own dedicated bathroom was such a delight. Made for easy showering and resting.

The pool gates felt a little too hard to unlock but I'm just nitpicking at this point.

It was a nice community, nice water park.

I wanted the use of the kerig, it was not functional.

It was like home away from home.

The only issue was the bedroom downstairs. The mattress sinks in bad especially on the right side of the bed. Other than that its a perfect stay.

My family of 6 and I were excited to be spending spring break in Orlando. Check in time was 4pm. We arrived around 6:30 pm. Upon arriving the house was NOT CLEAN. We had planned on ordering pizza and chilling at the pool but walked into a mess. I was very upset. I reached out to the owners. They were a little nonchalant, wasn’t aware the house wasn’t clean. They blamed booking.com booking calendar for the mishap. My initial thought was I want a refund but there were no other available properties for my family of 6. They sent the cleaning crew and said give them a hour. Really!!! A hour is not enough time for a thorough cleaning. They only offered to take 10% off which was only $100 off the original price we paid. They used this situation to their advantage because they knew we wouldn’t be able to find adequate housing. We finally were able to get in the house at 9pm after a 3 hour ride. If you book bring towels, wash cloths, bath and hand soap. Only provided a few towels and no wash cloths. I wouldn’t have mentioned that but at 9pm trying to get everybody bathed and not enough linen was another inconvenience.

The home was beautiful and clean. Nice neighborhood. Pool was clean. My family really enjoyed our stay. Property owner was nice and answered my calls immediately.
