On the Clouds

Location, location, location! The view into Furnas valley. Extra towels was a big plus.

The one regular nesspresso pod and one decaf pod for our entire stay. The pods are sold at the grocery store I’m Furnas but I didn’t realize that until the day before left.

Lovely little house. The main reason we chose it over other options was the amazing view of Furnas out of the panoramic windows, and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning and falling to sleep listening to the stream and small waterfall down the hill. The house was very clean, the amneties were great. They provided enough towels with extras for the hot springs. The bed is OK, not the comfiest we've had. They even made us a little surprise for our honeymoon which we really didn't expect at an aparetment. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from Poça da Dona Beija hot streams, 15 minutes walk from Terra Nostra park, the trail to the lake passes just by the house.

Our first night was a little chilly and the place can get very humid and cold. The de-himidifier and small raditators solved this quickly. There are also a lot of extra blankets available.
