O9 NEW Renovated Bretton Woods slopeside condo with 2 living rooms foosball air hockey

Location was amazing and the living/dining area was super cozy. Loved the fireplace and the spa-like shower.

Thought it was a bit expensive for off season and didn’t even give you one pod for the coffee machine for the day you arrive.

The property has a superb location that offers access to many of the Mt. Washington attractions. For the most part the condo is comfortable and spacious. The basement game room was a particular hit with the family.

The kitchen is small and hard to navigate with more than 2 people, and it lacks several basic kitchen tools. The bedroom with the king size bed has no thermostat and was exceptionally warm, and the second bedroom has only a full size bed with a small bathroom. The unit needs some attention to small details such as screws missing from the front door jam, rusting deck screen doors that are difficult to slide, inadequate TV cable system, and insufficient living room lighting.

The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. The location was a perfect starting point for all the adventures we had planned! The kids particularly loved having their own space in the lower level.
