Entire residential home -Omaha

The house was very spacious. The kitchen was well supplied with a variety of cooking pots/skillets/utensils. The basement lliving room was a great place for the kids to hang out.

The kitchen floor and counters didn't seem super clean. I wiped down counters, but the sticky spots on floor just put down a paper towel. I also would have liked new mini soaps like hotels instead of using a large bar that previous guests had used. It's close to a main road that had loud traffic all night, but we are from the country, so maybe that is why it bothered us.

There was lots of space. The location was perfect for my purposes. The overall decor was very pretty.

Our stay had several issues that made the experience less than ideal. We were a group of 9 staying for 4 days, yet the host only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and very limited paper towels. The upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot, and while there were tower fans provided, they were so dusty that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a window air conditioner, but it didn’t do much to cool the space. The condition of the house also left much to be desired. The blinds in the basement were broken and missing, which made the photos in the listing misleading. The gutters in the backyard were scattered across the lawn, and the towels provided were covered in lint. My child even had to take a second shower after drying off with one. Additionally, the bar soap provided for washing hands was placed in a dish that was filthy, which didn’t make us feel comfortable using it. After being asked to check in 1 hour and 30 minutes later than scheduled due to the previous guests leaving a mess, we were disappointed to still find the place not properly cleaned upon arrival. The kitchen had broken cabinets, and the laundry room had mats that got soaked because the boiler was draining into a clogged hole in the floor. Stepping on the mats meant wet socks, which was far from pleasant. To top it off, we were asked to strip the beds and start the first load of laundry before leaving, which explained the absence of a cleaning fee. Overall, the property could use some serious upkeep and attention. Honestly, I would prefer to spend more money on a hotel with better amenities than stay at an Airbnb with these kinds of issues.

Everything was nice and spacious. I had a great time sleeping, it was so comfortable.

The home was lovely! Very spacious and fit our needs for our weekend.

The area was louder than we expected. The home is located off a busy street which seemed to have a continuous amount of street racing going on. There were also fireworks put off late into the evening that went on for sometime. However both of these things were outside the hosts control and we understood that!
