Entire residential home -Omaha

My daughter loved the Mickey Mouse room and the 3 bathrooms made it nice for all of us.

There were a lot of little things that added up during our stay. Upon arrival we had to take out the previous renters trash, empty the dishwasher and noticed that there was some lawn sheers and miracle grow on the porch, which wouldn't be a big deal if we didn't have a toddler. Which the owner did know as I had to let them know who was staying there and their ages. We also had dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door as well. The main floor bedrooms ceiling fan doesn't work and the upstairs rooms were hot while the downstairs were cold. We even tried closing some vents in the lower levels to push air into the upstairs and that didn't work. Our first night we noticed loud bangs and pops going on outside. At first we thought fireworks. Until we noticed that they were generally followed by police sirens. The coffee pot was missing the basket, the oven was dirty as well as the grill. The pacman machines knob falls off and the fridge has no water. As I said, a lot of little things that added up. The owner when told seemed to brush you off stating that they have never had these problems before. However, looking through previous reviews shows differently. Overall, I would never stay here again nor would I recommend you stay here.

The space was perfect for us and it had everything we needed to feel like home my kids enjoyed downstairs .

Can complain about anything great house we booked

The stay was wonderful. Very comfortable and loved staying at a house instead of a hotel!

We didn’t receive an entry instruction beforehand. We were told that we’ll receive an email 30 min prior to check in but didn’t happen. Tried contacting the property, left two voice messages but didn’t hear back from them. Ended up calling the booking.com agent instead to get an answer. Waited 20-30 min just to get an answer. That was not a pleasant experience.

Plenty of space, multiple living areas, comfortable couches, nice TV’s to pull up Amazon prime & YouTube. Within a good distance from activities. Also had a cute kids room. There were little touches from the owner that let you know she cared about the little details, she was also easy to get ahold of.

the number thing we didn’t like about the property was the location. On Friday night there was a continuous ring of gunshots the entire night. the walls were thin so in my kids room where there was a fan & sound machine the gun shots were still ringing through. other things we didn’t care for were the excessive amount of wall plug ins… we don’t use any artificial scent boosters in our home so it was a bit overwhelming. there was no functional bath for my kids to take a bath as the drain stopper wasn’t connected. the bath was also visibly dirty with some sort of white film. On the main level in the bedroom the ceiling fan didn’t work & the fitted sheet hadn’t been washed. If you took a shower or used the kitchen sink the water never got past luke warm. Also the ventilation in the house made certain rooms really hot & others really cold. overall we did enjoy our stay however next time we will stay somewhere where we feel safer.

We loved the indoor space as well as the outdoor patio areas. Beds were comfortable. It's a beautiful home in a decent neighborhood

The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work, not a deal breaker but we like moving air, oh well. The smoke alarms chirped because the batteries were dying, which was easy enough to remedy.
