"A restful retreat"

A very quiet area overlooking the stunning valley & mountains. It was a taste of rural Madeiran life.

The kettle needs cleaning - I think it’s new......it made the water taste strange

"Perfect home to explore Madeira"

Our stay was exceptional. The chalet is super easily accessible with private parking, isn't connected to any other property and has an amazing view over the valley. The rooms were super clean, the kitchen well equipped and it felt like the perfect home-base to explore the island.

The highlight of the house is hands down the amazing view. We were just astonished by the beautiful landscape that lies in front of you when you enjoy a breakfast or a dinner. The location is quiet, without tourists, but easy to get to by car. The house is well-equipped for a long stay and the check in was very easy.

The nearest major supermarket is quite far away but it did not cause any issues.
