Palm Harbor Paradise - Spacious Home In Quiet Neighborhood with Heated Pool, Billiard Room, Hot Tub

We would highly recommend this property. The home was clean, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood. The bathrooms were beautiful! The owners went above and beyond providing amenities for guests. They also provided great communication and responded quickly to questions. Lastly, the location was ideal for our needs.

Location was great for our needs. The bathrooms were nice, and the master bedroom had plenty of room.

Communication from the host was very poor, we had not received any details as to accessing the property two hours prior to our confirmed check in time, so we started to communicate through bookings and directly calling and sending emails to the host. It took nearly 3 hours to actually receive a response. The pool and surrounding pool side was very dirty, details were sent to the host but unfortunately nothing was done to ensure that it was clean for our use, I spent 2 hours washing and cleaning the loungers and pool side as any dirt on our feet would have contributed more dirt in the pool. The block paving needs to be weeded. The hot tub I felt was dangerous as you can not step down to it and the seating area is very low, you had to crawl in and out of it. This property felt unloved and not ready for our arrival, I fully understand that hurricane Milton went through 3 weeks before our arrival but for the cost of this property it should be in a better condition. I have rented property for over 20 years in Florida and have to say this was the worst experience. I had noticed comments about the cleaning which you are charged for, on the whole the property felt clean but when you looked deeper there were some area's that needed some attention.

I like how clean was the house before I arrive

The beds were very uncomfortable. Frying pan still had food on it. Bowls/Tupperware had no matching covers. The pictures on the website were not the same as it was very outdated.

The location was great

The Pool won't heat up just the spa so we couldn't swim in pool. I called someone about it see if they could send any one out to look at it but i never heard anything back

Our best accommodation of our trip: lovely, big house with plenty of room; well-equipped kitchen, wonderful pool-area, great billiardtable, good communicaton with the owners - we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back!
