Notting it was dirty half the house aint work

No tv in the room a the stove was broken it was just a messy house there was dirtty dishes in the dish waster

Loved the fact that my children had their own space to enjoy the trip.

Was not aware of the charge for a heated spa until we arrived. Was not able to fully enjoy the amenities due to that.

orlando renters truly made this trip a great experience for quick responses to questions. the listing was as stated great neighborhood to stay. the house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay . highly recommend private pool homes

It had everything we needed, and was located in prime locations to restaurants and grocery stores/Walmart. Only 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal parks.

No complaints.

The property was spacious 2 large living rooms nice kitchen

So I paid for the most upgraded version of the with pool, spa & game room I got to the property with no game room, Orlando renters did they best job to get us switched to another property, but this property was already 45 mins from the job site me and my workers were working at, this new property she wanted to change us to was about an hour 5 min commute, and 1 less bed with the game room We agreed that we would have the pool heated which we checked in Friday check out was Monday even tho we extended it until Tuesday we hoped the pool would be heated by sat or Sunday night but the pool cleaner came Monday morning and told us Monday and Tuesday the pool heat was never turned on. So staying 50 mins from our job site for 866, $584 upgraded package, 98 insurance 184 extended day to never get the pool heated or game room we could of extended another day. Orlando renters did their job, the actual property under “sun” company is the ones who dropped the ball they also had a tow truck guy threaten one of my guest after parking for. 3 mins $60 or her car would be towed the tow people said I could get a parking pass the tow company said “welcome to Florida” no matter how much you paid you can’t get a parking pass, between this and the heated pool and game room, this experience was not as good as the last time I rented with this company.
