The location is wonderful. Check in staff was nice. It is very private and quiet. It is very spacious. Little outdoor area for pets.

It is extremely outdated. Theres no water pressure, the carpet is stained and smells. I mean walk in the house and smells. No maintenance such as paint touch ups, fixing loose railings or fixing the deck. It amazes me that a cleaning fee is charged because it is not clean. Moldy ceilings, water stains on the ceilings. Sad thing is, it could be exceptional with a little elbow grease and TLC.
