Shanti is a lovely location with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was great and the BBQ service was fantastic.

It is obvious from the map but Shanti is a 30-40 drive to main Dalat. Its a lovely location itself but you do need transport to do anything away from the sanctuary.

Location is abit far, but i dont mind

The grounds were beautiful. A lot of love you can see is put in the care of the grounds. Our dome bedroom was cute.

I didn't like that there was a lot of misleading information about what was offered at the Wellness Sanctuary. There was no spa although it said massage was offered, we were not told of any nor any signs of such facilities. There was no yoga or mediation or any mats offered. No credit cards accepted at all although Booking.com says " your credit card will get charged" when you arrive. You must pay an additional 5.5% to use PayPal. This all needs to be stated on their Booking.com page or website. It's not good to surprise people with your policies. No hand towels to wipe your hands with and hospitality could be better such as checking in to see if we need more toilet paper, offered just one for 2 days. And in Vietnam, these rolls are not thick rolls. Maybe more smiles and more love , as what their website portrays. Not so much in reality. Plan on staying there the whole time because it's really far out and hard for taxis/or grab to find the location, we didn't mind because we needed a retreat. My recommendation is OM Shanti puts a little "LOVE" and "joy" in the rooms and how they make guests feel. It can go a long way.
