Breathtakingly beautiful house with a stunning view

Great view, very comfortable - home away from home

The home, facilities and especially the view and the setting was exceptional . More a 9.5 than the 9 review. It is a pleasure when the photos provided match the facilities.

Nothing, the 'braai' facility was small. But not a deal breaker.

The house was beautiful.. Exceeded our expectations

The attitude we got from the Host when we had problems with our transport.. She was so nice when we came there even told us we can go to the beach and check out at "Noon" we were excited.. Then our driver called around 12 to tell us he had car problems but he would at least try to get there by 1..and when our host came and we shared the news she wasn't pleased... You could see she wasn't happy.. Didn't even give us a chance to explain.. Said she had guests coming which is understandable but we also didn't know about the transport problems.. She stormed off sat outside.. You could just see she couldn't wait for us to just get out of her place. We broke 2 glasses and told her about them and asked if we can pay.. Her words "No it's fine just make sure by 1 you are out" When we left went to her and said we were leaving.. "where is my house keys"Didn't even say goodbye. How do I recommend her beautiful house when I know if things don't go according to plan she will act like that.Very disappointing because her house is beautiful and we had a beautiful weekend. And just like that it was ruined 😢 For you to suggest we had a problem "paying" is both a lie and unfair, You know the person you were supposed to deduct money from had a problem with her bank account and limit which is why you had to deduct from another bank.  We asked if it was an option to get a refund because one person changed her mind last minute, but you already got the money when we asked and you said no and that was the end..STOP MAKING AS IF WE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY!!.  When you say "intention" to leave you are talking about what exactly because we were packed and ready to go but had problems with the transport.  You could have charged the 3 hours instead of being rude to us, we had no idea we would have transport problems.
