Strand Stay

The host, Wendy, was friendly and tentative. She also added some unexpected lovely touches, like a bottle of nice wine, to welcome us.

It would have been nice to have a washing machine, but we used a laundromat not far from the property. This is not a complaint, just a nice-to-have!

Loved everything. The house was clean and comfortable. There was chips, chocolates, wine, water and a gift on arrival. The host, Wendy was amazing. She showed us around and recommended some places to visit during our stay. Everything was thought of, from salt and pepper to milk in the fridge. The hot tub was a treat!

A stand-alone shower in the main en-suite would have been nice, as the bath became slippery, however this wasn't a problem as there was another shower on the lower level of the house.

This home is spacious, well located (just a 3-min walk from the beach), and well-equipped with everything you need, including bath towels, beach towels and off-street parking. The hot tub and braai area absolutely made the holiday. Thank you Wendy! 🤍

Everything was perfect. The attention to detail stood out in every room with everything you can possibly need. From welcome drinks to fire wood. We really enjoyed every moment. Thank you Wendy you're a star.
