Opening the gate for strangers. My advice is that the caretaker be the one to open the gate for all visitors for control purposes. The room was very nice. The only thing that was missing was cardboard furniture to unpack my clothes.

Quietness

Room cleaning is needed. The room was clean when I got there, but I stayed the whole weekend and no one came to clean the room during my stay. The bed is also tired.

Wifi

First off all we booked and when we arrived, we were informed they fully booked. Then one lady there asked us for a lift to another house by Florida lake area. We got there to find we've been set up in house with a shared bathroom and house is very run down! Then next morning we were served a poor-quality breakfast that was made in a kitchen that is poorly equipped, not wonder food is off poor quality. Then the bedroom we got the one single bed top matrass was collapsed, and my college was very uncomfortable night sleep. The second night he got given another room to sleep in. But in Summary house is in bad state form paint failing of walls, broken tiles everywhere and ceiling that's collapsing in few places. To many more Maintenace issues to mention. We will never bother staying there again.
