We did not enjoy our stay at all. The place was dirty. The carpet in the living room was not cleaned. There were spiderwebs in the living room. We saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter top. The blankets in the rooms upstairs were smelly. The communication with the owner was non existent. On the first day of our stay, the flush in the bathroom was not working properly. I messaged the owner and never got a response back. If the renters are paying a cleaning fee, they expect the property to be cleaned before they arrive too. The overall experience was underwhelming.

I loved my time here. The property was everything we wanted - a very comfortable, charming "beach house". The house was located in an excellent neighborhood; we felt very safe at the property. The house was stocked with everything we needed from linens, towels, kitchen items, washer & dryer, games, tv in every room with streaming, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. The outside sitting area and upstairs deck were very comfortable and we enjoyed them very much. My dealings with the host, Susan, were delightful. She was very friendly and was always available to help with any questions. I would highly recommend this property. I hope to be able to visit again real soon. On a scale of 1-10. I rate it a 15!!!

The house was adorable. So well decorated. Clean, comfortable, roomy. It was steps away from the beach. The sun deck with table and hammock was great for morning coffee. Outlets everywhere, which is so important these days for all of the technology that needs charging. The a/c units worked great and the house was always cool. The bathrooms were very well done and plenty of space. The owner provided plenty of towels and beach gear. We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it.

Perfect beach getaway! Steps from a beautiful beach and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Host has thought of everything to make your vacation seamless and fun. Fully stocked with everything you need (paper goods, kitchen equipment, linens including beach towels, board games and outside games, beach chairs and an outdoor shower). My teen daughters loved that the second floor was like having their own apartment! We can't wait for our next vacation here.

Everything was perfect! Sounds impossible but true.

Very clean and had everything you would need. My son loved all the board games, the little golf area, and making s’mores in the fire.

Absolutely loved the nostalgic feel of the property. It is an old beach house, reminding me of houses near where I grew up. It's location is perfect--only steps to the ocean, and the upstairs with 2 bedrooms and its own living room was ideal for 2 teens. Also, the property had so many essentials! From spices to shampoo to beach towels to coffee filters!

The house had some water leaks during a heavy storm but the owner responded pronto and did an exceptional job of getting everything cleaned up and dry within a matter of a few hours. We were away during this time and it caused us no inconvenience.
