"100% recommends!!"

It’s spacious and cozy. We cook, we do laundry, we play games… Everything we need is there! We enjoyed the marvelous view out of the window esp. sunrise and sunset. Our kids fed the horses, the two friendly dogs came welcome us and played fetch with us which created lots of laughter! Also, the fire pit on the back yard is so nice, peaceful at night. It’s so close to the Ark Encounter, a PERFECT place to stay if you visit AE!

It would be great if it can provide tissue boxes. Feeling waste to use kitchen paper for everything.

"Beautiful and peaceful retreat"

The beautiful scenery and plenty of room. Kitchen was beautiful and we loved having a fire pit out back to use. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Didn't like the driveway on a hill of gravel and some of the low ceilings upstairs in the bedrooms which caused us to bump our heads.

"The porch on the back was our favorite My uncle use to be a dairy farmer so we loved the cows"

My uncles are 84 and 78 going to the door was a challenge for them and one had to climb stairs once in the house to his bedroom. My fault I didn’t realize that there was only one down stairs.

The house was beautiful! There was plenty of space for all six of us with beds to spare. the view from the back deck and kitchen table were perfect for this country family. Having an adequately stocked kitchen and washer/dryer was a great perk. Perfect location for visiting the Ark Encounter!

The upstairs shower is tiny but we didn’t expect a 100 year old Farm house to have 2 bathrooms anyways. definitely not a deal breaker. We would absolutely stay again.
