Villa 43 Beach house The Estuary Country Estate, Port Edward, KZN South Coast

The villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated.The views from the villa are out of this world.The staff are very friendly and the host,Simone made sure our stay was very comfortable.

Nothing,everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, Location and comfort. My guests and i enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately there was a few things i was dissapointed with. The door in one of the bedrooms is broken off the hinges, shower and toilet was dirty.

Nothing!!

Such a disaster- we had booked over Easter weekend months in advanced. After we arrived and settled in we were told our unit was double booked. Simone insisted we leave with our 2 small kids who were asleep. Gerard initially assured us because we arrived first that we would keep the unit. Also felt sorry for the other party who booked because they were just waiting I'm their car for Simone and Gerard to decide what was happening. Eventually Simone came into the unit raging and insisting we leave because she had gotten the booking from the other party first. After numerous phone calls back and forth we were offered to stay in another villa (which was terrible - even the other party refused to use it) long story short we asked to stay for the night as our kids had not eaten cause of all the drama and we unpacked everything for the weekend. We had to check out the next day. Such a sad Easter weekend with no alternate place to celebrate with our family Do yourself a favor and do not book with these people. Simone's behavior is disgusting , and Gerard needs to understand its not about the money or a refund. Plans were made and everything got spoilt because of them.

Beautiful views..spacious, well secured accommodation.

Downstairs bedroom aircon not too efficient.
