Amukela Kaya

Very clean. Aircon in bedroom was a necessity and worked.

The lounge area needs an aircon as the monkeys make it difficult to leave doors open. The moth balls are intense. The loo paper is of very cheap quality and very abrasive. The close proximity of the main road is not great. A covering over the patio would help a great deal.

Such a beautiful and very clean spot. Kimberly is an excellent host, so very friendly and making sure you really enjoy your stay. The Kaya is just beautiful and the inside has just beautiful touches and the outside is again just beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the veranda being greeted by the warthog and her piglets for our morning breakfast and in the evenings a resident hyena would pass through. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I hope to be back very soon. It certainly is a little gem

The cottage is peaceful, private , tranquil and very well set out. Everything one needs for self catering is provided. Obviously you bring your own food and drinks. It’s lovely to see giraffe, zebra and other animals wander through the area. Kimberley is an exceptional host.

Amukela Kaya ! What a gem situated in the Wildlife estate Hoedspruit. Private parking and enterence. Bright and spacious accommodation. Facilities for self- catering are fantastic. It is a bonus to have solar power available . 5 stars all round for comfort, cleanliness, the view from the rooms and privacy. Not forgetting the hospitality from our host. Will visit again.
