Hypnotic Beach House

This is probably one of the best stays we've had in Britannia Bay! Apart from the amazing sea views, which is definitely one if its most attractive features, the thoughtfulness and well-equiped house, blew us away. A warm welcome by Deirdre, ice-cold wine in the fridge, ice-maker, several coffee machines, filter coffee and rusks, beach towels, sunscreen, binoculars, 2 braai areas and wood are only a few of the things worthy of mentioning. The house is also equipped with back-up power supply to ensure almost no impact during loadshedding. The enclosed garden made it safe for our pets too. You really cannot ask for any better!

We loved everything! Only suggestion I would like to make is considering something to close the gaps underneath the outside balcony railing and inside section from top of stairs to the window. It might be a bit of a tempation for small pets or children.

The house is comfy and beautifully decorated and the bonus loadshedding free. All for 4 bedrooms are downstairs and the living areas upstairs. Indoor and outdoor braai. Location - a few steps from the beach. We could easily stay for a whole week. So much thought went into the house to make sure it feels like your own. Linen, towels and amenities were provided. The owner of the house replied very quickly to my whatsapp messages before the time. The agent that handed over the key was very friendly and welcoming.

This beachfront property is very well equipped, private and has the most beautiful views of the bay. We loved that it was pet friendly. The host was lovely and responded to questions very quickly on WhatsApp. Highly recommended for a breakaway from city life. We’ll be back 😊

The house was spotlessly clean, our host was warm and welcoming. We received a welcome bottle of wine. The house was fully equipped, lovely linens and towels. Gorgeous views of the ocean and our pets loved it too.

Amazing location- beautiful views of the ocean from all the rooms and entertainment area! Lovely beach and very clean. Rooms lovely size and slept like I haven't in years! Also appears very safe/ quiet location.

Load shedding.. but that is not the property's fault. Unfortunately the only thing that worked with the inverter during load shedding was the WiFi, even the one light and TV didn't work. Not too bothered about TV as you're there to unwind and watch a much better view, but may need more candles/ source of light at night when it is load shedding?
