Quite and peaceful

The front gate does not lock. Neither does the door. Has a make shift push pin system which is not very ideal or secure. Had to buy my own lock n chain to secure my family

Price

House had a bad odour, kettle had old dirty water in, toilet leaking, microwave and fridge did not work, old soap from previous occupants were left in the shower, house was unkept and dirty
