Terrapin Studio

The studio is a work of art and secluded. You have to see it for yourself, the pictures don’t do it justice. The wildlife roam freely and they are so friendly. The highlight of our stay, was the close interaction with the Zebra’s and the Impala’s, which was such a fulfilling experience. Paul is an exceptional host and assisted us with whatever we required. The was a minor issue with the solar power the first night, and Paul responded swiftly and solved the problem in the best way possible (much appreciated😁) This studio is perfect if you want to be close to Kruger National Park, you will be provided with all the info regarding game drives. If you are into cycling, you can hire mountain bikes to explore Marloth Park (enquire about the bike rentals) Do check out their other properties, “Ochre house” and “Next door Kruger”😁 Thank you Paul & Les for making our stay memorable!

Nothing, everything is beautiful

Let's start with Paul...what a beautiful soul. From the moment we booked, giving us useful info to the day we arrived, he spent so much time guiding us, and we felt at home. When we needed assistance, he was there in less than 2 minutes🤗. Everything about this place is great, and the design is beautifully done with the solar system, so there is no issue with loadshedding. We loved the friendly animals that visited every morning and evening. The deck/patio is great for relaxing, it has a beautiful intimate pool and braai area with all supplies included, you can also dine there. The kitchen has all the appliances a self-catering home needs. The bedroom has a king-size bed that is very comfortable, and there's a fan and aircon. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. If you need to get away from the city, Terrapin Studio will make you forget your own home. There is so much to explore, book for yourself😊.
