NOT CLEAN AT ALL. Cockroaches in the toilet. Dirty stove and oven. Dirty floors. Not pleasant

"Cozy and lovely"

Neighbours extremely friendly. Nice/Braai Fireplace. Warm cozy and lovely. Even got offered to check out later :-) Excellent location and nice and quiet. Extra gas stoveplate.

Had some issues with the main door locking .

Lovely property. Suited my needs. Very basic and would be nice for a small family with no expectations.

No wifi , no inverter to help with load shedding. Property is very close to others and had problem with noise from across the road. Rooms are very small. Shower has no pressure and stable temp was hard to control. Amenities lacking. But I had my own
