"Incredible stay with a view in Plettenberg"

The large windows and the view from the apartment were terrific. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and modern. Near the apartment there is a large mall where you can buy practically everything, and the city centre is also not far away. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. A parking space on the premises was available. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was equipped with the necessities, but there were no cleaning supplies.

"Letdown on the day saying my booking was cancelled"

It had a great view and close to the beach

I was really letdown by the accomdation the day of my stay. I messaged the property the day before I was due to arrive which was Christmas Eve to confirm my booking, they confirmed it with me so I thought it would all be smooth for my 2 night stay. On the morning I was due to checkin they contacted me to say they didn’t have my booking. We spoke on the phone, they agreed to let me stay in the back rooms which were small and no view of the bay and tiny windows and then for my 2nd night and final night I could move to another room which still wasn’t the room I booked but did have a view of the bay. I have checked my bank and I paid on 8th September the full amount on booking.com which wasn’t cheap. They said my booking has been canceled in July/August (why did they confirm it the day before then!!). When I arrived on 24th December, they even asked me to pay 500R for the room I was going to sleep in, I refused. I am trying to get a refund through booking.com but haven’t heard anything back yet and the hotel hasn’t followed up with me

"Zimmer mit Ausblick"

Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Küste, mit dem Auto ist das Zentrum und Restaurants gut erreichbar, Parkplatz vorhanden an der Unterkunft. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Region.

Küche sehr knapp ausgestattet, einen Tisch, an welchem man frühstücken könnte, gibt es leider nicht. Aber in Südafrika gibt es so tolles Frühstück, da geht man doch lieber gleich frühstücken😉

An enormous room with the most fantastic view. Great shower and secure parking. Great armchairs for relaxing after day out. Good location for beach shops and restaurants.

Was a bit warm despite the fan.
