Fifty Five on Park

The house is very spacious, perfect for our family's holiday. Lovely braai facilities outside and lovely kaggel inside for the cold winters.

close to town, beautifully furnished. Not affected by load shedding as solar power was provided, and a superb large fridge freezer. Wonderful house for a family or group of friends. Had lovely views of the mountain, and close to National park. I would add for the ladies, if you are not used to the Karoo Climate, take a good moisturiser/hydrator with you, as your skin just dries up, you will find wrinkles you never knew you had.

Does require some maintenance, bedroom door handle was coming away, and only one bathroom had hot water. We had to clean the swimming pool for the children. However, with a rental property , I understand how some people abuse the facilities.

This is a beautiful home that has been well restored.

The house was not ready for guests. Dirty and garbage lying around. Plus inadequate kitchenware

The location is supposed to be quiet, the house is recently renovated, and nice style to the property. Unfortunately, the management on the site is not good, the garden is neglected, the lawn has not been trimmed, the swimming pool is not clean and the house was not sparkling clean. The place is almost there, but with a few issues, I just can't score it more than 5 to 6... With the right cleaning management, this will be a 9 plus!

The neighbor that lives on the same property (a separate house 4 meters away) was drinking and partying at 03h00 in the morning with his mates, not that one would expect from an upper-class property like this...
