The location. It was alittle difficult to find and the security process is quite challenging.

The host/owner, she is very abrasive has no way of speaking to guests. The hectic admin process to get access to the estate. Also this is not stated on bookings.com plus they don't do last minute bookings which is not told on bookings.com, Keneilwe made me feel like I did something wrong by paying and booking her home as it was last minute. The tedious process should be highlighted. She was quite cold towards us also as guests, she said I lied on my booking of 10 adults but it was 13, in all honesty the 3 were kids, 8 yrs, 1 yrs and 3 yrs. I also wrote that on the form and informed her on whatsapp and was willing to pay for the kids. She just kept debating and arguing over procedure. Lastly the right hand side of the house rooms had no hot water, we had to share the left side house geyser. I even explained we were there last min to spend quality family time as space opened in our schedule and my father is not well we just wanted to be with him and his grandkids as we live in different provinces. She didn't seem to show empathy she just kept arguing with me on whatsap the whole way during the trip which put a dampner on the excitement to be with my family. It is unnecessary to make a paying guest feel this way. It should be a pleasant and happy experience. There is too many rules for this home and unfriendly, unkind attitude. She came of quite arrogant.
