Seaview on Shelly

Prime location and really stunning balcony view.

The location is really great, and the house is super cute. That said, it needs a bit of maintenance and attention- examples were the one bathroom tap required fixing, and the outside table and seating were a hazard. There wasn’t much thought or attention to detail. We stayed one night and would have appreciated a simple coffee or tea station. They advertise a TV, but it’s virtually just a screen- you need to log into your own accounts or bring your own decoder. The WiFi password wasn’t provided, and when I contacted the property manager, they didn’t know it either.

The accommodation had two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach. All the appliances worked. The owner checked on us when we arrived to make sure that we were settled and that everything was in order. The wi-fi worked well and allowed us to watch movies at night from various platforms. There is an outside braai that works well. It is really a lovely place. There is a bookcase with a variety of books to choose from.
