Willow Cottage

A paid for my stay nd couldn’t find the hotel … yet they didn’t refund me… we tried to call them they didn’t take my calls !! A was left stranded in the middle of nowhere! Yea

A would like to get a refund

the cottage was well positioned in town for accessibility to the restaurants, the bathrooms were splendid and very nice the cottage was very clean

the noise from the trucks the dark streets, but that is loadshedidng there was no milk set out for coffee and limited coffee stock difficult to find as no signage and gps puts you in the incorrect location

Central location. We enjoyed the fireplace.

The carpets were old and dirty. The house was creepy - dark, lights outside didn't work. I hated everything about this property, will not recommend it to anyone, had no value for money spent.

Well appointed interior - lovely fireplace and lot's of heaters. Solar prevents load shedding.

Exterior needs a little care - step broken, back of ext seat broken.

Bedding was good and bathrooms nicely upgraded.

Flooring can be updated.

Location and the size of the cottage was comfortable

the property definitely needs some maintenance and a good clean, our sheets had marks on them. none of the towels were the same, the net curtains were on the wrong way the list can go on. I do feel that with minor tweaks it could be as great as the pictures looked
