Cosy stone cottage

Stilbaai is so beautiful. This accommodation is great. Nice big yard for kids to run and play.

Awesome price, great location and easy accessibility. Lovely open outside braai. Great "extra" that there was a baby cot.

Place is very cramped, kitchen extremely narrow, not enough place to even seat 4 people around the dinner table. Only one shared bathroom between all adults, although it's a double bathroom. Layout of the apartment is not very practical. Should not be advertised for six adults, can only accommodate four people comfortably, as bunk beds are not practical for all adults. This place is great for a quick sleepover, needing just a place to sleep, but not conducive to spending the whole day relaxing there as there really is very limited space. Front door needs a ‘mind your head’ sign. A few extra things for the kitchen needed - black bags, braai tongs, some glass/plastic ware with lids, tablecloth/placemats. Outside chairs to be cleaned before arrival. Not enough toilet paper for 6 people- ran out after one night. To keep in mind that there is a gas stove.

We liked the character of the old house with the thick walls, the way the lights are turned on or off and the fact that it is nice and cosy inside in spite of rainy and cold weather. The paintings curtains bedding and color scheme also appealing. The beds also very comfortable.

The seating in the lounge are not that good especially for 6 or seven people. There are a few unnecessary odds and ends in the kitchen cupboards that can be removed.
