"Quiet relaxing atmosphere, very convenient to go do shopping. Friendly staff and very neat"

Please provide at least a swab or otherwise inform the guests that they should bring their own and also inform the guest about the charge fee for collecting the key after 6 PM because someone might be coming from far just like us. No balcony facing the sea was a huge turn off.
