Seapearl Oceanfront Villa and Cottage

This was the perfect holiday home! Location was excellent with easy access to the sea, restaurants, shops - everything we wanted. The house is spacious with plenty of storage and is very well appointed. The supplies of tea/coffee/milk were much appreciated.

Not a single negative from us!

Location, location, location. We were able to watch whales from the veranda. The view is hard to beat. Well equipped kitchen, extremely clean. Safe parking inside the property. Shopping mall close by (5 Minutes drive).

Everything was amazing. The decor beautiful. All modern and super clean. 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The view was fabulous! If I have any negative -it would have been great to have electric blankets on the beds. It was very cold at night.

There was nothing not to like. Home away from home

Beautiful, comfortable home that was well-equipped. It has everything you would need for a long-term stay, and easy access to grocery stores, Hermanus town center and the wine estates in the valley. Bedroom heating was ok (esp in the smaller rooms) and the hot water bottles helped! Best of all was the location by the ocean, fantastic views and easy access to the cliff walk. Leeanne was a great host, easy to communicate with, readily answered all our questions and even came quickly late in the evening when we lost power (thought it was the fuse box but it was just a brief local outage). Bisa was lovely too!

The only negative was that the main floor had the gas furnace as the only heating source and it emitted a strong gas smell. It improved with opening some windows, but this made the house colder. Leeanne assured us it was safe and that the furnace has been checked for leaks. Also not the property’s fault but there is ongoing construction at a nearly property, and noise starts pretty early in the morning.
