"Highly enjoyabable"

Streamline securirty entry/exit procedures. A pain for my children metting me from overseas. And counld not get my wife's fingerprint to work at pedestrian gates. ALso went for a walk outside the complex early on the morning of our departure to find we'd already been removed from gthe system THis causes embarrassment both trying to leave and reentering. How about canceling access from noon on departure day?

"Disappointing compared with many other properties we have stayed in over last twenty years"

Location

Tired - in need of decoration and some minor repairs. Poor layout and no downstairs toilet. Unimaginative garden with nowhere nice to sit - had to walk on loose debris around the house. TV had to be rebooted and rescan every time it was used. However, both Bobbie and Tracy were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. On the day of travel, N12 had road closures which delayed our travel but Tracy waited for us and welcomed us in great spirits. Thank you so much xx
