Modern double story beach house

1. I called the number provided and texted for over 2 hours before anyone got back to me 2. the house got broken into and our personal items were stolen . the only thing the owner could say was that “it’s dangerous time we live in” 3. my friend travelling back to US is now stick with no phone and the owner couldn’t care less 4 . strange thing is the person who opened for us is also the very same person that found our stolen car keys in a corner that the police couldn’t find” 5. the owner until now has refused to give us the cctv footage . my handbag with all my bank cards , ID , Drivers , “basically my life “ was taken while were slept . they stole my friend phone and car keys that were later found . 6 . the owner basically answered to say she will lay charges on us because of the manner we asked her for the footage . not once did she apologize or try to put us at ease . 7. HORRIBLE Host and would never recommend them . service was horrible from the moment that booking was confirmed and yet I struggled to get a hold of them. I also feel that they should have written on Booking.Com that the number provided is only a texting number and not voice

beautiful place to stay in as family. gives that cosy being at home vibe. we loved it there. we would definitely go back.

It was a bit dusty and the shower in the one bedroom had sea sand in it so it wasn’t cleaned.

The house was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our time. a very big thank you to the hosts
