"Beautiful location, had a lovely stay"

The location is beautiful and the home is very practical and accommodating. We loved the animals and the outside lapa area was wonderful.

The home needs a few repairs and updates but it was still lovely.

Location was fine, loved all the animals that came to visit us. It was extremely hot and one aircon stopped working, this was replaced as quickly as possible

The house is not serviced so there is Insufficient cleaning equipment, not being able to clean floors and bathrooms for the duration was not nice. The 5th "room" is an open area upstairs and is very uncomfortable in the heat as there is no aircon in the open area

Boma area was great! Wildlife was excellent.

Needs maintenance (shower heads, bedside tables, ceiling fans, tiles, floor boards, window blinds, mosquito nets, pool pump did not run) and a deep clean.

1)Entertainment area, outside! 2)Beds sleeps comfortable! 3) All Aircons working well!

1)This place needs deep cleaning! 2) This place needs plumbing repairs! 3) Toilets don't flash properly, and we have leaking toilets! 4) Showers are all broken, and guests can't shower at the same time! 5) This place is not wheelchair friendly as advertised on booking com. 6) No wifi as advertised on booking.com 7) Kitchen needs steak knives. 8) The outside area needs seat pillows. 9) Outside rubbish bins drop to be implemented! 10) It's not for guests to take rubbish bags to dump yards with fully loaded luggage! 🙄 11) Outside spots lights are not working! 12) Fan doesn't work properly and is very dirty! 13) Please install a washing line to be installed! 14) Downstairs rooms need curtains, blinds are seeing throw. 15) Basic toileties to be provided, basin hand soap!
