This property is a health hazard. It is busy being renovated. I have endless images to show this. It should have never been rented to holiday makers in the state it is in. It was my husband's birthday weekend, which we spent on a building site. I herewith request a full refund of R5,400.00 Greek style retreat? That is false advertising .

Spacious

Full of cobwebs, cutlery and crockery were dirty. Place needs a thorough clean.

Location was good

Wooden gate to the driveway entrance is broken. We had a difficult time opening and closing the gate. The bathroom is in a terrible condition, you cant use the sink its so unhygienic. Every cup and plate from the drawer was dirty like it was not even used for months dust just laying there. Full cobwebs and spiders all over the house. Carpets needed to be washed. Very cheap fixtures all over. You could see ladder and wooden boards laying around the house. This did not feel like a retreat at all. In future please have a through deep clean before you allow guests to stay. The price per a night is over rated, not worth the stay.

Wendy, the host, was absolutely delightful—friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself has all the basic amenities required for a good holiday, including well-equipped facilities for cooking and relaxation. It also felt safe, which was an important factor for us.

The house requires considerable attention and maintenance. The pond is dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. The yard has been neglected, with overgrown areas and debris scattered throughout, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. There are also numerous items cluttering the property that should be removed to improve the overall appeal. Despite the listing mentioning ocean views, there is no clear view of the ocean from the house, which was disappointing. However, the property has potential, but it currently falls short due to the lack of proper care and upkeep.

It was a building site with ladders, timber and paint tins all over. The painting should have been completed before renting it out at full price. Or finish the renovations before renting it out.

Lovely quiet area

The house has allot of cobwebs in it and is run down and the bath and shower are s not great at all. I would not book there again
