Location

Neglected. Taps not working in both basins. Showers dirty with mildew that can easily be cleaned. Braai grid so dirty it must be discarded. No provision for load sheafing. Not even a candle! Doors need attention. Alarm goes down with load shedding.

The area is lovely and quiet. The house has enough space and entertainment area. The house is walking distance from the beach. The area is secured, the security is visible at all time and there is alarm in the house.
