For the most part, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had one small issue upon check in and maintenance arrived in 5 minutes to fix it. Cottage was cozy.

I wouldn’t say it was dirty or messy, it was clearly cleaned but the shower is aged and looks dirty. Also because it was a handicapped accessible unit, water from the shower leaked all over the floor and it’s obvious that it has been doing that for a long period of time as the laminate flooring was bubbled. Didn’t affect our stay at all but should probably be fixed before mold becomes an issue (if it hasn’t already).

Cottage was a described and pictured.

There was not anything that we did not like or would have changed.

The pools were nice

The nest of ants that invaded my child’s car seat that we set inside the cabin, near a sliding door. The surprise increase in price. It doesn’t make sense to book a place months in advance, have a price given to me, pay half then, and be told I can pay the other half when I get there, then check in and get told the price is hundreds of dollars more because of “demand pricing” and that the cost of the cabins is higher now than when I booked in the first place so my bill is now higher. I’ll never book here or with any campground affiliated with the group they’re in because of the surprise 400 dollar increase of my bill at check in.

Couldn’t pick out cabin on booking, we lucked out and was booked next to our family. Would be nice if online you could see cabin number . Also didn’t realize online that cabins are in multiple locations

Location was great! We never seen a cleaning crew could have used more trash bags and dish soap, made due with what we had! Never seen any staff other than at the office on the first day
