The location is a fair distance from the main road which provides a haven for animals to roam around truly connecting you with nature.

Electricity outtage twice without backup lights in the house. Outside lighting are not working . Main bedroom aircon leaking

Bellamia was home from home. Perfect facilities. The swimming pool was a blessing over the weekend. Location of Bellamia was perfect for afternoon walks.

The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. It was extremely hot and we could at least cool off in the pool. The house itself was big enough for our family and have all the basic stuff you need. Nice and cosy. Whenever I had a question or issue, André assisted and communicated with us.

Although there was a freezer, we had electricity issues in the area and all my meat I brought with was only kept cool at about 2-3 degrees Celsius. Nothing froze at all. The heat also didn't help. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans in, but only 1 was working. All bedrooms have aircons in but could not be utilised due to the electricity issues. Luckily we brought 2 portable fans from home which helped a bit. (Electricity issues not the owner's fault.) One of the single beds looked like it was never cleaned after being used by someone else, when one of the kids went to bed, the sheet was full of sand. The cleaner probably just missed this bed when putting on clean linnen. I would recommend a proper spring clean as it seems like it is just quickly cleaned on the surface before the next guests arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would book there again should we go to Marloth in future.
