The house was clean and tidy with a ups which helps during loadshedding.

Not everything worked and some of the kitchen utensils were not available. This could be due to previous guests, I would think regular checks be done by the letting agents.

The cleaniness of the place and how it had all the necessary utensils for a self catering accomodation. The host was accomodating, communicated well, and also flexible with check in and out and that was really great.

"beautiful place, treatment was bad"

the property is very nice and the location was good, the space was big enough for all of us

no cleaning was done for the 3 days that we were there, there was no iron in the house and no one mentioned that we should bring our own. firewood was not provided as promised. we didn’t have hot water for two days and no assistance was provided to us. TV was not working. we were also told they were nice to us the whole weekend as if they were doing us a favour when we paid full price to be there.
