An exceptional house, beautiful decor and very comfortable

We had a small problem with the geyser on the first night but while we were out on Saturday they came and sorted it out very fast and efficiently. The house is very well equipped and the staff are friendly.

Location very good and beautifull scenery. Very clean and neat and a beautifull lay-out and setting. The absense of WiFi was a bit of a let down. The communication regarding the condition and posible shortfall was highly appreciated.

The procedure of the collection of the keys of the accommodation was a bit confusing and could have been communicated via telephonic conversation. This was not a common and general procedure. This was confusing at the arrival at the accommodation and nobody at the gate or any signage that indicate the procedure of the the central pick-up point.

Amazing house overlooking a dam. The home is spacious and very well furnished. The gas braai worked amazingly and kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils that you might need. The beds are comfortable.
