Location was lovely.

False advertising of available facilities. Insufficient bedding for the middle of winter. When i called the property manager, he said he "only manages and property," and i should ask the caretaker. The caretaker was clueless. Dishes, especially glasses, were dirty and had to washed before using. Bedding was dusty. House was extremely cold and no additional source of heat besides fireplaces, which was not cleaned from the previous use. The braai stand was dirty and couldn't even use it. Upon checking out, the caretaker was nowhere to be found. There are so many other facilities advertised which were not found on the property.

Likes the place is beautiful spacious and has a beautiful view

I didn't like the fact that the owner of the place was rude even stated a fact that we are not the first clients he recieved, and the fact that the place had a geyser that's not working, even some of the appliances were unserviceable. The places hygiene is upto no good the towels are old the sheets were stained and the place is cold with no extra blankets and only one towel in a shared bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even though it's a nice place to visit Words of the Onwer Maxwell "As i said, if you are not happy to are welcome to leave. I will not accept rudeness to my helper of being blackmailed." I believe that as a client, I had the right to complain And he was supposed to listen and fix my complaints. I trust that Booking.com will suspended his place until he fixes and provide proof of the fixed items. I will highly appreciate your feedback

The house was spacious but dissapointing as it was dirty, living spaces were dirty, blankets were full of duct and curtains

The coaches were not that clean . smelt

They need to let people know about the very steep driveway

No clean towels, bedding wasn't great, no toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Roof leak in the one bedroom which had the broken headboard. Broken/chipped glasses.
